Are refunds available?
No refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel anytime and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Do you accept payments from Mexico / LATAM?
Yes, we accept cards from any country. Prices are in USD. We'll soon add OXXO (Mexico) and local currency.

How much does it cost if I have 2 kids?
With 2 or more children, the Family Plan gives each student up to 6 courses for $45/mo per student ($90/mo with 2) — the discount applies automatically at checkout. If each child needs 4 courses or fewer, Core at $35 per student ($70/mo with 2) is the cheaper option.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from the Parent Copilot. The new amount applies in full on your next charge (no daily proration).
Can I switch the courses I picked?
Yes. You activate and change courses per child from the Parent Copilot. Your plan includes a base (1 on Single Course, 4 on Core, 6 on Pro) and you can add extra courses for $10 each.
What do the Parent Progress Reports include?
Weekly summaries per child: progress by course, mastery per topic, study time, and proactive alerts from the AI tutors when your child gets stuck.
