Welcome to Corexio™.

Corexio is a subscription-based digital curriculum and educational learning platform owned and operated by Midsea Academy LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company ("Midsea Academy", "Corexio", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, subscribing to the Platform, or using any Corexio service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Corexio is an online educational curriculum designed to support homeschooling families, tutors, microschools, learning centers, and independent learners.

Corexio provides educational content, instructional videos, reading materials, assessments, interactive activities, AI-assisted learning, progress tracking, and downloadable learning resources.

Corexio is not a school, college, university, or accredited educational institution.

Purchasing or subscribing to Corexio does not constitute enrollment in Midsea Academy LLC or any other educational institution.

Corexio is developed upon Christian values.

Our curriculum, educational philosophy, and AI educational assistants are designed to encourage academic excellence, integrity, respect, responsibility, compassion, and character development from a Christian worldview.

Families from all backgrounds are welcome to use the Platform.

Only individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age may create a Parent Account.

Parents are responsible for: - maintaining accurate account information; - safeguarding their login credentials; - supervising student use of the Platform; - all activities occurring under their account.

Parents may create one or more student profiles according to their subscription.

Student profiles are created and managed exclusively by the Parent Account.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that student information is accurate.

Students should use the Platform only under appropriate parental or educational supervision.

Access to Corexio courses requires an active paid subscription.

Available plans, features, pricing, and course limits are described on the Corexio Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Creating a Parent Account is free; however, access to curriculum content requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis using the payment method provided at checkout.

Unless cancelled before the next billing date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You authorize Midsea Academy LLC to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until your subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Parent Dashboard.

Cancellation prevents future billing.

Your access to the Platform will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period.

Because Corexio provides immediate access to digital educational content and services, all subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for: - unused subscription time; - partially used billing periods; - accidental purchases; - dissatisfaction after access has been granted; - early cancellation.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a duplicate payment or billing error, please contact us. Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.

Corexio provides Learning Progress Reports that summarize lesson completion, learning progress, and curriculum mastery.

These reports are provided solely as educational tools for parents and are not official report cards, transcripts, academic records, diplomas, or certificates issued by a school.

Parents are responsible for downloading and saving any reports they wish to retain before their subscription expires.

Access to reports and downloadable resources may become unavailable after a subscription ends.

Corexio may reward students with Coins, a virtual reward system designed to encourage learning and celebrate academic progress.

Coins: - have no cash value; - are not legal tender; - cannot be exchanged for money; - cannot be transferred between accounts or families; - may only be redeemed for eligible products, services, discounts, or benefits offered within the Platform.

Midsea Academy LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or change the Coins Program, including earning requirements, redemption values, expiration periods, and eligible rewards, at any time.

Unused Coins are forfeited upon account termination and are not refundable.

Corexio includes AI-powered educational assistants, including Ángela and Olivo, designed to support student learning.

These AI assistants are educational tools only.

They do not replace parents, teachers, tutors, counselors, physicians, attorneys, psychologists, or other licensed professionals.

Although we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children's educational experience.

Users agree not to: - share account credentials outside their household; - copy or redistribute curriculum content; - attempt to interfere with Platform security; - reverse engineer any part of the Platform; - use the Platform for unlawful purposes; - misuse AI tools; - upload malicious software or harmful content.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All curriculum content, videos, graphics, illustrations, lesson plans, quizzes, assessments, software, educational resources, downloadable materials, AI-generated educational content, trademarks, logos, and other materials available through Corexio are the exclusive property of Midsea Academy LLC or its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your family's personal educational use only.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, licensed, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Midsea Academy LLC.

Corexio may integrate with third-party payment processors, communication services, educational tools, or AI providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Corexio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we strive to provide reliable educational content, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific educational outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Midsea Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Corexio.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of Corexio after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida.

Corexio™ is owned and operated by Midsea Academy LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company located in Sebring, Florida, United States.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content available through the Platform—including curriculum, lesson plans, instructional videos, graphics, illustrations, assessments, quizzes, activities, software, text, downloadable materials, AI-generated educational content, names, logos, designs, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Midsea Academy LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, sold, licensed, or otherwise used without the prior written permission of Midsea Academy LLC.

All third-party trademarks appearing on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
