This Privacy Policy explains how Midsea Academy LLC ("Midsea Academy," "Corexio," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you use the Corexio Platform.
Corexio is committed to protecting the privacy of every family that uses our Platform. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our educational services, improve the learning experience, maintain account security, and comply with applicable laws.
By creating an account or using Corexio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Corexio™ is a subscription-based digital educational curriculum owned and operated by Midsea Academy LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company.
Corexio provides digital curriculum, educational resources, AI-assisted learning tools, interactive lessons, assessments, progress tracking, and downloadable educational materials for families, tutors, learning centers, microschools, and independent learners.
Although Corexio is owned by Midsea Academy LLC, purchasing or using Corexio does not constitute enrollment in Midsea Academy or any educational institution.
2. Information We Collect
To operate Corexio, we may collect information from both Parents and Students.
Parent Information — When a Parent creates an account, we may collect: • Full name • Email address • Password (encrypted) • Country or region • Billing information • Subscription history • Customer support communications • Platform preferences
Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Corexio does not store complete credit card or banking information.
Student Information — Parents may create one or more Student Profiles. Depending on how the Platform is used, we may collect: • Student name • Grade level • Date of birth (where applicable) • Learning preferences • Lesson completion • Quiz and assessment results • Learning achievements • Coins earned • Platform activity • Learning Progress Reports
Student profiles are always controlled by the Parent Account.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: • provide access to Corexio; • manage subscriptions; • personalize learning experiences; • generate Learning Progress Reports; • improve educational content; • improve Platform performance; • provide customer support; • maintain Platform security; • communicate service updates; • comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use student information for advertising purposes.
4. Ángela & Olivo AI
Corexio includes AI-powered educational assistants, including Ángela and Olivo.
When users interact with these educational assistants, conversations may be processed by trusted third-party artificial intelligence providers solely for the purpose of generating educational responses and improving the learning experience.
These providers process information under contractual obligations designed to protect user privacy and confidentiality.
AI interactions may be reviewed in an anonymized manner to improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of the Platform.
5. Coins Program
Corexio may collect information related to the Coins reward system, including: • Coins earned; • Coins redeemed; • reward history; • learning achievements associated with Coins.
Coins are part of the educational experience and are used exclusively within the Platform.
Coins are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.
6. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Corexio uses cookies and similar technologies to: • maintain secure login sessions; • remember user preferences; • improve Platform functionality; • analyze website performance; • enhance security.
We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to deliver third-party behavioral advertising based on student activity.

Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Platform.

Corexio does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Student profiles may only be created through a Parent Account.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.

Corexio collects learning activity, lesson completion, assessments, achievements, and other educational progress information solely to provide educational services and generate Learning Progress Reports.
These reports are designed to help parents monitor student learning and curriculum completion.
Learning Progress Reports are not official report cards, transcripts, academic records, diplomas, certificates, or educational credentials issued by a school or accredited institution.
Educational data is never sold to third parties.
11. Data Security
Protecting your information is one of our highest priorities.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
These safeguards include, among others: • encrypted passwords and authentication credentials; • secure data transmission; • restricted administrative access; • system monitoring; • routine security updates; • industry-standard hosting and infrastructure practices.
Although no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to maintain appropriate safeguards for the protection of your information.

Corexio is owned and operated from the United States.
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other countries where our trusted service providers operate.
